Hello, my name is Oscar, I'm a UX designer based in Brisbane, Australia.
I'm a UX designer who loves to solve problems. I leverage research to fully understand the problem. I then iterate until I find a solution that is both a functional and engaging user experience.
UX Design

I've built strong customer relationships through empathy and active listening, quickly resolving issues and enhancing the customer’s overall experience. I've leveraged these strong customer relationships and research to build an inventory catalogue that drove sales as a point of difference to local competitors thus boosting sales by 20%.
